Sales Executive

1. Cashier:

- Handle billing and cash transactions efficiently.

- Scan items and ensure price accuracy.

- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

- Maintain cleanliness and order at the billing counter.

- Provide excellent customer service.

2. Sales Associate:

- Assist customers in finding products and answering queries.

- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.

- Help in price tagging and product display.

- Manage stock rotation (FIFO method).

- Report low stock or damaged goods to supervisors.

3. GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Executive:

- Receive goods and verify with purchase orders.

- Prepare and maintain GRN records in the system.

- Check product quality, quantity, and expiry.

- Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for discrepancies.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing.

4. Godown Assistant:

- Unload, store, and arrange incoming goods in the warehouse.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

- Assist in inventory counts and audits.

- Follow safety standards and stacking procedures.

- Help in dispatching items to the shop floor as required.
