We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and organized individual to join our team as a Store Assistant / Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will help manage daily store operations, assist customers, and perform basic computer tasks. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Handle sales transactions and manage the cash register/POS system
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
Assist with basic data entry, billing, and record-keeping on the computer
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Ensure the store is always welcoming and fully stocked
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or store handling is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, billing software, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
