Job Summary:

RBZ Jewelers is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our showroom in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, assisting in jewelry selection, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brand's image and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist in selecting jewelry.

• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Handle billing, payment processing, and order documentation as per showroom procedures.

• Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with displayed merchandise.

• Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Assist in stock-taking, inventory management, and store upkeep.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive sales environment.

• Follow all security protocols related to high-value merchandise handling.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with Freshers.
