Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage shift schedules

Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and dispatch
Monitor kitchen equipment usage and report breakdowns promptly
Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize wastage, and control costs
Conduct pre-shift briefings and daily team huddles
Enforce compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene protocols
Handle customer escalations in coordination with the CDO/Operations team
Maintain attendance, grooming standards, and discipline within the team
Train and mentor new team members
