Raja Mobile Accessories is hiring Retail Store Support Staff to assist in daily store operations, enhance customer experience, and support sales activities. The role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, customer-focused, and interested in mobile accessories and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance
Greet customers and understand their requirements
Recommend suitable mobile accessories (chargers, earphones, covers, etc.)
Provide product demonstrations and basic usage guidance
2. Sales Support
Assist in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Maintain product knowledge of latest mobile accessories
3. Store Operations
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Handle billing support and basic cash transactions (if required)
4. Inventory Management
Track stock levels and report shortages
Assist in stock receiving, counting, and replenishment
Ensure accurate labeling and pricing
5. Customer Service
Address customer queries and resolve basic complaints
Ensure a positive and professional shopping experience
Key Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
0–2 years of experience in retail sales (mobile shop experience preferred)
Basic understanding of mobile accessories is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
