Ratnam Jewellers is looking for a Retail Sales Officer (Jewellery) to join our team and assist customers with jewellery selection, provide accurate product information, handle sales transactions, and promote store offerings. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their needs and budget.

• Provide accurate information on jewellery designs, purity, pricing, making charges, and after-sales services.

• Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new collections to increase sales.

• Cross-sell and upsell jewellery products to achieve sales targets.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions smoothly.

• Maintain proper display of jewellery items and ensure stock availability.

• Manage product exchanges and returns as per company policy.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

• Share customer feedback and daily sales updates with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new jewellery designs, collections, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-10 years (Jewellery retail sales experience preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and retail processes.

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required in retail.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
