Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets and maintain productivity
Drive business development, sales growth, and customer acquisition
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
Monitor branch performance against targets and prepare regular reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Handle cash, inventory, documentation, and records accurately (as applicable)
Coordinate with head office/management on operational and strategic matters
Implement marketing and promotional activities at the branch level
Maintain discipline, attendance, and a positive work environment within the branch
