The Sales Manager – Two Wheeler is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, achieving monthly and annual targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience at the dealership. The role includes planning sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with finance, insurance, and service teams.
Plan, execute, and achieve monthly and annual two-wheeler sales targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and performance
Monitor daily sales activities, walk-ins, enquiries, bookings, and deliveries
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain high conversion ratios
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy closures
Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and brand standards
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Support marketing activities, promotions, and showroom events
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with strong analytical ability
Good knowledge of two-wheeler products, finance, and insurance
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
3–5 years of experience in two-wheeler sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
