The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The role includes assisting customers, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets.
Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
Recommend products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Replenish stock on shelves and monitor product availability.
Assist in stock-taking, inventory counts, and receiving goods.
Ensure price tags, signage, and promotions are up-to-date.
Process customer transactions using POS systems accurately.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods responsibly.
Issue invoices, receipts, and manage returns/exchanges as per policy.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Educate customers about new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
