Job Description

*Job Title:* Retail Sales Associate*Location:* JP Nagar Key Responsibilitie * Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases * Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate * Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards * Manage billing, payments, and ensure smooth transaction handling * Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally * Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment * Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets Requirement * Minimum *1–3 years of retail sales experience* preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude * Flexible to work on weekends/holidays as per store requirements * Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office will be an added advantage
