Position: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Company: A leading retail outlet.
Experience: 1–3 years in any retail preferred
Salary: between 13k -18k/m

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting Groceries items

• Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive

• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks

• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally

• Process billing and payments accurately at the POS counter

• Support store operations including cleanliness, restocking, and team collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (retail sector preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach

• Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
