Retail Sales Executive

A Retail Sales Executive drives store revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product knowledge. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments via POS systems, restocking shelves, arranging displays, and resolving complaints. They must be energetic, communicative, and skilled in upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Proactively engaging customers, recommending products, upselling/cross-selling, and meeting daily/monthly sales KPIs.

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, building rapport, and resolving complaints professionally.

• Store Operations:

  Managing inventory (stock checks), restocking, cleaning, and maintaining visual merchandising standards

• Transactions: Processing cash/card payments, handling returns, and managing POS systems.

• Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
