Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Handle and convert online inquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other digital platforms.

 Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom and provide product guidance.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions.

 Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

 Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and delivery updates.

 Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

 Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in hardware, electricals, pumps, or building materials).

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to convert leads into confirmed sales.

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, WhatsApp handling).

 Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
