Position: Retail Sales Executive

Payroll: On third party payroll of Adecco India Pvt Ltd.

Role Summary:

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer

experience, and ensuring the effective execution of retail strategies at Store level.

This role involves direct interaction with customers, store / Retail Counter /

Service Point upkeep, supporting promotional activities & achievement of Store

KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

. Responsible for Day-to-Day business generation at the store according to

the set target.

. Handling walk-in customers and their booking as well as client queries &

providing quality service to the customer.

. Selling products and services to the walk-in customers as per their

requirements.

. Managing upselling and cross selling of the products – Value Added

Services.

. Responsible for following daily basic activities at stores like Tele calling to 15

customers for Lead generation, Enquiry Monitoring and follow up, Lead

Closure, Referencing activities etc.

. Responsible for in-store Promotions of the Products and services as well as

Seasonal Schemes.

. Doing catchment activities to identify new business opportunities in your

area. (Field Activity)

. Onboarding new partners in your area for phygital activities to boost store

business. (Field Activity)

. Capturing each & every inquiry both walk in & telephonic in POS system.

. Responsible for shipment inspection, booking, Airway Bills Generation and

other back-end activities to process the shipments smoothly.

. Responsible for addressing customer queries and providing solutions

through regular contact with Customer Service (CS), Operations

department, Supervisors, CMR etc.

. Responsible for booking of Cash shipments & ensuring the safe custody of

cash & it’s proper accounting while handing over of cash on daily basis.

. Reconciliation of all transactions & performing day end activities along with

daily reports.

. Opening & Closing of the Store as required & ensure store is well organized

& clean.

. Work as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) guidelines.

Working Conditions:

. Desk Job at Retail Store / Counter / Service Point.

. Lifting, packing & safe custody of shipments within the store.

. Working Hours: - should be ready to work in Morning, Afternoon & General shifts.

. Flexible working in same city on rotational shifts at different Stores.

Morning Shift - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Afternoon shift 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM

General Shift: As per requirements of Store.

Working days -Monday to Saturday with Sunday weekly off.
