Retail Executive

About the Role:

Sardar Ji Papad Wale launched its first-ever retail outlet earlier this year in Mumbai, located in Mahavir Nagar, and we're looking for a dedicated Retail Store and Marketing Executive (Female) for immediate joining. If you’re a sales and marketing geek who is enthusiastic and customer-focused, and ready to be a part of something new, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with product choices

- Contribute to sales and in-store marketing initiatives

- Handle basic billing, stock records, and accounting

- Maintain product displays and store hygiene

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the outlet

- Cold calling to customers for feedback and sales

- Packing and dispatching of daily online orders

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

- Good communication and customer interaction skills

- Basic knowledge of computers and laptops

- Basics of MS Office (Word & Excel)

- Basic understanding of accounting and billing

- Previous sales or marketing experience (not compulsory)

- Immediate joining required
