Retail Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a fashion-focused Retail Executive Executive to join our team at Nagrik Stores Private Limited manage and assist with fashion apparel only. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in clothing trends and the ability to guide customers on style, fit, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and help them with outfit choices

• Provide styling advice and fashion suggestions

• Share accurate information on product prices, sizes, and availability

• Organize, arrange, and maintain apparel displays

• Keep racks and shelves neat and sorted by size/style

• Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and ongoing offers

• Monitor stock of fashion items and report shortages

• Ensure a clean and attractive fashion display area

• Assist with backroom and stockroom organization

• Deliver excellent customer service and support the team

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate

• 1+ year experience in clothing or fashion retail (preferred)

• Strong fashion sense and interest in styling

• Good communication and people-handling skills

• Ability to manage displays and explain product details clearly

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly attitude

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
