Manager- Cinema

We are looking for a Cinema Manager to join our team to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹34000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cinema operations: Box Office, F&B, Projection, Housekeeping, and Security.

• Drive revenue across ticketing, F&B, and ancillary income streams while controlling costs.

• Ensure excellent guest service, ambiance, and show quality to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and manage budgets, P&L, cash handling, and financial reporting.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff; ensure manpower efficiency and statutory compliance.

• Implement SOPs, safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with corporate teams for marketing, HR, finance, and operations.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Hospitality/Business Management.

• 2-5 years of experience in multiplex/retail/hospitality/service industry with at least 2 years in unit management.

• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service orientation.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
