Role & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest items based on customer needs.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store and shelves.
Stock shelves, rotate products, and check for expired items.
Assist in inventory management and reporting.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass/ Graduate (preferred).
Previous retail or supermarket experience is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
