Develops and maintains jewelry and watch product knowledge, to include attendance at specific training on watches, gold, silver, color stones, pearls, and diamonds
Actively supports the integrity of Exchange information systems
Displays a high degree of professionalism, both visually and verbally, at all times on the sales floor and when speaking on the phone
Becomes familiar with commercial sector retail store sales events, merchandising practices, Implements "best practices" as feasible
