Key Responsibilities
Greeting & Qualifying: Approach showroom visitors, ask open-ended questions, and identify customer preferences and financial limits.
Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle specs, safety ratings, warranties, and technology features.
Test Drives: Organize and oversee test drives while verifying proper driver's documentation.
Negotiation & Financing: Discuss pricing, trade-in values, and financing or leasing options with the finance department.
Paperwork: Complete purchase agreements, sales contracts, and registration documents accurately.
Follow-Up: Contact recent buyers to ensure satisfaction, request referrals, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Inventory & Showroom: Maintain CRM databases, track leads, and help keep the showroom floor neat. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
