We are looking for a customer-focused and well-groomed Sales Executive to join our retail jewelry showroom. In this role, you will greet customers, showcase gold, silver, and diamond collections, and assist buyers in making purchasing decisions while meeting individual and store sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities :*
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and offer professional styling or product suggestions.
• Product Display: Showcase fine jewelry pieces (necklaces, rings, earrings, bangles), explain product details like purity, weight, and stone specifications, and handle items with care.
• Drive daily sales, cross-sell or upsell matching ornaments, and work toward achieving monthly store targets.
• Counter & Stock Management: Maintain clean and secure displays, assist with daily inventory checks, and help manage stock records.
• Billing & Transactions: Coordinate with the billing counter or handle basic invoicing, cash/card transactions, and customer packaging securely
