Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s jewelry collections, gemstones, metals, and design trends to effectively communicate product value and craftsmanship.
• Ensure jewelry displays are well-arranged, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
• Support customers with jewelry care, repair, and customization inquiries; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with fellow sales associates, store managers, and back-office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
