Jewellery Salesman

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers select the perfect pieces of jewellery. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store’s visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their style, occasion, and budget.

• Provide detailed information on product features, materials, gemstones, and care instructions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, new arrivals, and industry trends.

• Ensure displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Follow company policies on security, product handling, and customer service standards.
