Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales operations of the outlet.

• Ensure high guest satisfaction through quick service & proper order handling.

• Promote upselling of combos, add-ons & new items to increase billing value.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & customer service standards.

• Handle billing counter, POS, packaging & order dispatch.

• Work closely with delivery aggregators (Zomato/Swiggy).

• Maintain stock levels & coordinate with kitchen staff.

• Assist in daily sales reports and cash handling.

Skills Required:

• Good communication & customer handling.

• Knowledge of POS / billing systems.

• Sales-oriented mindset & positive attitude.
