Patient/Customer Counselling: Directly interact with patients and their families, explaining the benefits and features of the Affordplan health card and associated financial plans.
Sales and Onboarding: Sell the Affordplan products to customers and onboard them onto the platform (sometimes referred to as the Swasth card product).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients/customers and key hospital stakeholders, including administrators and medical staff.
Lead Management: Pursue new business leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
Data and Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and databases of sales activities, customer interactions, cash, and voucher handling using the company's app or systems.
Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Affordplan product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
