Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
Write personalized messages on cakes (e.g., birthday, anniversary) with neatness and accuracy
Repair or touch up damaged cakes to maintain presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and work area
Assist in restocking and managing bakery display items
Handle basic cafe operations (serving, preparing simple beverages, etc.)
Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns politely
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery, café, or similar food service role
Basic cake decorating skills (writing, small touch-ups)
Friendly and approachable personality with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced bakery or café environment
