🧾 Job Description – Counter Sales Executive (Male Only)

📍 Location: Near Railway Station, Surat (Textile / Garment Store)
🕒 Timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2 Sundays working in a month)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹18,000 + Incentives ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 (based on sales)
🎯 Experience: 1 – 2 years in Counter Sales (Freshers can also apply)
👨 Gender: Male Only
🔞 Age: 21 – 28 years

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers at the textile/garment counter and understand their needs.

• Show fabrics, designs, and ready garments as per customer requirements.

• Confidently explain product quality, pricing, and features to customers.

• Handle billing, cash collection, and maintain daily sales records.

• Ensure stock is arranged properly and display is attractive.

• Build long-term relations with customers to encourage repeat buying.

• Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

• Resolve customer queries and provide suitable suggestions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in textile/garments counter sales preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Clear and confident communication (English not mandatory).

• Smart personality with polite and customer-friendly attitude.

• Strong convincing and selling skills.

• Must be willing to work extended retail hours and 2 Sundays in a month.

• Basic knowledge of billing/cash handling will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
