Beauty Advisor

We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service, expert advice, and product recommendations to customers in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:-

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrances.

- Product Recommendations: Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their skin type, hair type, and beauty goals.

- Makeovers and Consultations:Conduct makeovers and consultations to help customers achieve their beauty goals.

- Sales and Targets: Meet sales targets and drive sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

- Store Maintenance:Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stockroom organization and product replenishment.

- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:-

Education: Diploma or certificate in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.

- Experience:1-3 years of experience in a beauty retail or consulting role.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong product knowledge and understanding of beauty trends.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Basic makeup and skincare application skills.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
