We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee all service operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance and customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service workflows, optimizing performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and support service technicians in daily operations.
Ensure efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise.
Monitor service quality, safety compliance, and timely job completion.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate service records, AMC documentation, and spare parts planning.
Requirements:
B.E/B.tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ventilation).
Proven experience in HVAC service management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
