Provide technical interview preparation support to candidates for various IT/tech roles in the US.
Assist candidates in resume building and optimization as per US market standards.
Conduct mock interviews (technical & behavioral) and provide constructive feedback.
Share guidance on the latest technologies, tools, and interview trends in the US job market.
Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure candidates are job-ready.
Maintain proper documentation and track candidate progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in technical training, IT recruitment support, or technical support role.
Strong knowledge in programming, databases, cloud, or other relevant IT domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate candidates.
Familiarity with US job market standards (resume format, interview style, etc.) will be a plus.
