Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical interview preparation support to candidates for various IT/tech roles in the US.

• Assist candidates in resume building and optimization as per US market standards.

• Conduct mock interviews (technical & behavioral) and provide constructive feedback.

• Share guidance on the latest technologies, tools, and interview trends in the US job market.

• Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure candidates are job-ready.

• Maintain proper documentation and track candidate progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in technical training, IT recruitment support, or technical support role.

• Strong knowledge in programming, databases, cloud, or other relevant IT domains.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate candidates.

• Familiarity with US job market standards (resume format, interview style, etc.) will be a plus.
