We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Naxatra Labs Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹70000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for all roles
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI)
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure labor law compliance
Oversee employee lifecycle: confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits
Lead performance management cycles and appraisal coordination
Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and workplace culture
Supervise residence allotments, accommodation deductions, and policy adherence
Maintain HR trackers, records, and generate periodic MIS reports
Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution
Support HR audits, legal compliance, and manpower planning
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
