Capace Software Private Limited is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with Operations responsibilities to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruitment metrics and processes efficiently.
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical rounds
Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Maintain and update recruitment data, MIS reports, and dashboards
Manage onboarding activities including documentation, background verification, and induction coordination
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies
Support HR operations such as employee records, engagement activities, and coordination tasks
Coordinate with payroll, admin, and other internal teams as required
Assist in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles
Experience working with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in startup or IT services environment
Exposure to HR operations and onboarding processes
Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics
Immediate to short notice period preferred
