Role Overview

Capace Software Private Limited is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with Operations responsibilities to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruitment metrics and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical rounds

• Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities

• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

Recruitment Operations & HR Support

• Maintain and update recruitment data, MIS reports, and dashboards

• Manage onboarding activities including documentation, background verification, and induction coordination

• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies

• Support HR operations such as employee records, engagement activities, and coordination tasks

• Coordinate with payroll, admin, and other internal teams as required

• Assist in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles

• Experience working with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startup or IT services environment

• Exposure to HR operations and onboarding processes

• Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics

• Immediate to short notice period preferred

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
