Role & responsibilities

1. Source and recruit candidates across various skill sets based on job specifications.

2. Leverage job portals, social media, and headhunting techniques to attract top talent.

3. Review and screen resumes to match candidate profiles with job requirements.

4. Conduct initial interviews (telephonic or in-person) to evaluate skills and experience.

5. Confirm candidate availability, interest, and job readiness.

6. Edit and enhance resumes to clearly present qualifications and key strengths.

7. Handle compensation discussions and negotiate rates with candidates or subcontractors.

8. Schedule client interviews and manage necessary documentation for shortlisted candidates.

   
   

Preferred candidate profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED || 5 DAYS WORKING

1. Internship experience in recruitment or related fields is an advantage.

2. Freshers with a genuine interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.

3. Enthusiastic and passionate individuals eager to learn and grow.

4. Strong communication skills are a must.

5. Confident in achieving targets.
