Talent Coordinator (Contract Employment) Job Posting Title: Talent Coordinator (Contract Employment) Req ID: 10157123 Job Description: Job Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures the seamless operation of the Recruiting team’s activities, providing an excellent level of service to hiring managers, employees and candidates, resulting in the employment of top-notch talent and a positive perception of ILM as an Employer of Choice. What You’ll Do ● Support recruiting function with processes including posting positions, scheduling a high volume of interviews, reserving internal resources (rooms, attendants), organizing candidate travel and preparing offer packets in conjunction with HR ● Maintain applicant tracking system and various sourcing reports (updating candidate information, logging interviews, and the hiring team’s feedback) ● Update and prepare weekly reports for distribution to multiple ILM departments and locations ● Foster positive working relationships with all departments across internal/external clients, including hiring managers, new hires and candidates. ● Gather candidate’s documents, submits the same to GHRO, monitor progress and follow up with candidates. Manages non-disclosure agreements as applicable. ● Assist in preparing presentations for the Recruitment Matrix. What We’re Looking For ● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience ● 1- 2 years of professional experience ● Communicates professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy always whether in writing or verbally, treating all candidates with dignity and respect ● Maintains confidentiality at all times ● Ability to multi-task and make quick, smart decisions on how to prioritize competing needs ● Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute to a high-paced, changing work environment ● High level of initiative and engagement ● Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to our reputation and success ● Technologically savvy, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365(especially PPT), G-Suite (advanced understanding of Google Sheets is mandatory). ● Preferred Skills - 1- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , understanding of and demonstrated experience in Workday.
