About the Role:
looking for motivated and enthusiastic Freelance Recruiters to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for various job openings through personal networks, job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and personal networks.
* Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to successful joining.
* Maintain communication with candidates and the hiring team.
* Ensure successful candidate placement.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage.
* Ability to source candidates through different platforms.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Access to a smartphone or computer and a reliable internet connection.
* Freshers are welcome. Recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Commission Structure:
* Earn up to 20% of the candidate’s annual CTC for every successful placement, subject to agreed terms.
* Commission is payable only after the candidate successfully joins the company.
* Payment is generally processed within 30 days of joining, as per the agreed payment cycle.
* Payment via bank transfer, NEFT, or UPI.
Example: If a candidate’s annual CTC is ₹6,00,000, a 20% commission equals ₹1,20,000.
