Job Location: 10 position Bangalore Banashankari office 8 Position in Gulbarga Office 6 Position in Hubli office Process : After a two-month consultancy period, the candidate transitioned to a full-time role following a comprehensive evaluation. Salary : INR 10000(Consultant Fee) Between 12000-15000(Full Time Employee) Consultant : The consultant fee is subject to a 10% TDS deduction. This applies for the initial two months and a notice period of seven days. Full-time : The CTC encompasses PT, ESI, PF contributions, and insurance coverage. This remains applicable after confirmation, with a two-month notice period. Meet all recruitment timelines successfully for multiple clients, as assigned. Plan, develop, and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads. Requirements Good Communication Skill Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings. Source candidates through networking cold calling Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adjusting strategies as per the recruitment needs Possess a good understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software. Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process. Be open to learning and taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organizational goals. Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
