The candidate should have experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry and must be capable of handling multiple positions and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Manage recruiter team performance
Assign positions to recruiters
Monitor daily sourcing and interview lineups
Ensure timely closures for client requirements
Client Management
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements
Share candidate updates regularly
Handle client escalations professionally
Improve client satisfaction and retention
Team ManagementTeam Management
Train recruiters on sourcing and screening
Maintain office discipline and productivity
Conduct daily review meetings
Improve recruiter performance and joining ratio
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily and weekly reports
Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings
Maintain database and CRM updates
Monitor recruiter KPIs
Business Growth
Support business expansion
Improve hiring process efficiency
Suggest automation tools and recruitment strategies
