Position Summary Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments. Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing Create sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Support niche and specialized hiring requirements. Candidate Management Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process. Provide candidate summaries and updates to hiring managers. Support candidates during the offer and salary negotiation process. Recruitment Operations Create requisition IDs and map them to open positions. Maintain accurate candidate information in Workday or ATS. Maintain recruitment reports and master data. Support vendor coordination, referral programs, and assessment tools. Market Awareness Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices. Skills Required Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Good communication and stakeholder management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel, ATS, and job portals Qualifications Behavioral Expectations Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment practices. Maintain consistency and professionalism in work. Take ownership of hiring activities and deliver results. Continuously learn and improve recruitment skills.
