Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Must Have Skills Significant People Consulting / HR Transformation experience; organization and operating model transformation; workforce and talent strategy; change and transformation; complex program management; senior stakeholder management; strong consulting and problem-solving capability; solution design; business development and proposal development; executive communication and facilitation; team leadership and coaching. Good to Have Skills Experience leading GCC/GBS/shared services people transformation; large-scale HR transformation; workforce planning and skills transformation; HR technology transformation; AI and digital workforce transformation; transformation governance; relevant HR/change/project management certifications. Key Responsibilities Lead complex People Consulting engagements and multiple workstreams; shape solutions across organization, workforce, talent, change and HR transformation; advise senior client stakeholders and facilitate leadership discussions; convert ambiguous business challenges into structured solutions and actionable roadmaps; oversee project governance, quality, risk, commercials and delivery; lead and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams; support account development and identify follow-on opportunities; lead proposal and pursuit development; contribute to development of People Consulting methodologies, assets, thought leadership and market offerings.
