Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws. The role plays an important part in maintaining a positive work culture and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, training, and development programs.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, employee evaluations, and feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Address employee grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related activities.
• Support HR strategies aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with management to improve retention.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and skill gaps.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports such as recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and satisfaction levels.
• Ensure timely processing of promotions, transfers, and employee separations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
