We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team .The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, along with the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work environment.
Address employee grievances and provide effective resolutions.
Coordinate training & development programs for skill enhancement.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Support management in strategic HR initiatives.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience as HR Executive / Senior HR Executive.
Must be presentable with a confident and bold personality.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
