We’re looking for US IT Technical Recruiters to join Diverse Lynx and drive full-cycle recruitment for top IT roles.

Requirements:

• 1–5 yrs experience in US IT Staffing

• Hands-on with C2C & Full-time recruitment

• Experience with Implementation Partners (TCS, Capgemini, Hexaware, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Wipro, Quantum etc.)

• Strong knowledge of US Tax terms, Work Permits & Visas.

• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & interviewing

• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs

• Build strong candidate pipelines & stay updated on market trends
