We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter who understands the fintech industry and can help us find the right talent for our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment experience who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for fintech-related roles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment pipelines.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining process.
Stay updated with fintech hiring trends and market practices.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment within the fintech industry (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of different fintech roles (e.g., payments, banking tech, compliance, product, sales).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Comfortable working with both full-time and freelance hiring requirements.
