Job Description
- Basic Payroll Management : Track & Record attendance, leaves, and overtime records
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment
- Basic Job posting - Schedule interviews & assist in candidate selection
- Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing
- Track employee performance metrics and assist in feedback sessions
