Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule and follow up on technical interviews.
Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closure of engineering and technical positions.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
