Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, while contributing to building a positive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
● Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
● Support performance management processes and appraisals.
● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
● Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
● Contribute to process improvements within the HR function. Requirements
● Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2–5 years of experience in HR.
● Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, and HR operations.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
● Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus.
