Role Overview
Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager who will primarily
focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) and support HR Operations (20%). The candidate will play a key role in building a strong workforce by managing recruitment activities and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 80%
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding candidates.
Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with the management team.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations – 20%
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and HR administration tasks.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate with 3–6 years of HR experience with major focus on recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring or multi-position hiring will be an advantage.
Self-driven and capable of handling recruitment independently.
