Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Induction:
•
Coordinate with the centralized HR team for end-to-end onboarding of new
employees.
•
Assist in preparing joining kits and scheduling induction sessions.
•
Ensure timely sharing of employee documentation and help maintain
internal employee records.
Discipline & Policy Enforcement:
•
Monitor adherence to company policies and workplace discipline internally.
•
Coordinate with the centralized HR team to address policy violations or
grievances.
•
Ensure enforcement of dress code and code of conduct in alignment with
company standards.
Attendance & Leave Management:
•
Track and update daily attendance internally.
•
Coordinate with team leads and centralized HR team for leave approvals and
discrepancies.
•
Share accurate monthly attendance data with the Centralized HR team for
payroll processing.
Documentation & Compliance:
•
Ensure proper communication and implementation of HR policies in
coordination with the Centralized HR team.
•
Maintain internal HR records and databases for compliance and reference.
