Job Description: HR Manager
Location: Chembur
Reporting To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment process
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
· Schedule and manage interviews
· Take daily morning meetings with staff:
- Discuss today’s work plan
- Review yesterday’s pending work
- Ensure task follow-up and completion
· Visit Taloja plant every Tuesday and Thursday
· Coordinate with plant team for HR and operational activities
· Monitor and report plant-level issues to management
· Manage Director’s calendar and schedule
· Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments
· Ensure proper follow-ups on meetings and action points
· Handle employee onboarding (joining formalities & documentation)
· Conduct induction and orientation programs
· Manage exit process and full & final settlements
· Maintain employee records and HR database
· Prepare reports for attendance, leave, and HR activities
· Handle employee engagement activities
· Address employee concerns and grievances
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
· 1–4 years of relevant experience
