The Secretary provides high-level administrative and personal support to an individual professional, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
Handle correspondence: emails, calls, messages, and letters
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations
Act as a point of contact between the individual and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely
Assist with personal tasks as required (errands, reminders, bill tracking, etc.)
Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently
