Job Description

The Secretary provides high-level administrative and personal support to an individual professional, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments

  • Handle correspondence: emails, calls, messages, and letters

  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations

  • Act as a point of contact between the individual and internal/external stakeholders

  • Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely

  • Assist with personal tasks as required (errands, reminders, bill tracking, etc.)

  • Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
